Clinic Reopening

While Dr Yannis and the 111 Harley St. team continue to be available for virtual consultations for new and existing patients, in light of the most recent government guidelines, selected surgical and non-surgical clinical services will be open for bookings at 111 Harley St. on Monday 1st June, with the remaining services resuming on Monday 6th July.

Updated Protocols

Following the PHE (Public Health England) guidelines, we have put the following protocols in place to minimise the risk of transmission amongst our patients and staff:

PRE-APPOINTMENT

All patients will be requested to confirm that they are, or have been COVID-19 symptom free for 14 days prior to their appointment.[/vc_column_text]Our bookings team will assist in planning as many treatments as possible per visit to reduce the number of appointments required whilst restrictions are in place. This is to minimise your exposure to other people while travelling.We ask that patients do not use public transport to visit the Clinic where possible and travel either by foot or by car.

APPOINTMENT DAY

Patients are requested to attend alone. Please advise the bookings team if a chaperone is required at the time of booking.All patients will be required to sanitise their hands and wear face masks on arrival at the clinic. Please bring your own; otherwise, we will provide you with one.Your temperature will be taken on arrival. Should this be above the normal range, your appointment will be re-scheduled accordingly.As we have limited waiting room capacity, patients are requested not to arrive earlier than their appointment time to avoid the unnecessary waiting time in the clinic.Please maintain social distancing in the communal areas.Appointments will be longer to allow enough time for the rooms to be cleaned and disinfected between patients. This will allow us to take patients straight into the treatment room on arrival to avoid seating in the waiting area.

POST APPOINTMENT

Patients will be required to notify us if they develop any COVID-19 symptoms post they visit to the clinic.

All practitioners will wear a new set of PPE in line with the PHE (Public Health England) guidelines throughout each appointment and follow the highest standards of infection control.
