Very Impressed With My Rhinoplasty I had been unhappy with the shape of my nose for years and finally decided to look into rhinoplasty. Choosing the right surgeon and clinic was extremely important to me, so I spent a lot of time researching before booking my consultation at 111 Harley St. The consultation was detailed and reassuring, and I appreciated the focus on achieving a result that suited my face rather than simply changing my nose. The whole process was handled professionally, from the initial consultation through to the follow-up appointments. I have been to several countries, hospitals and doctors about my condition. Most surgeons told me that it could not be done for a variery of reasons (which much to my frustration varied each time).But Dr Yiannis saved me. Dr Vadodaria was very understanding and empathetic. He provided me with lots of information, so I could made an informative decision. There was no pressure at all to book anything future and it felt like more of a chat than business to him and he made me feel that my needs and welfare are his priority. On the day of surgery, I felt very calm thanks to the 2 kind nurses that held my hand during and was constantly asking If I was ok. I felt so at ease that I almost fell to sleep. The surgery was painless and went better than I could have imagined. The aftercare so far has been brilliant, I received an text the following day to check I was ok and it contained a number I could call if I needed anything at all. I did send over a message for reassurance that everything was ok and I received a call from the surgeon promptly. I would highly recommend MASCS clinic, the team are brilliant and it feels more like you are part of a family than another number/patient at a clinic/hospital. Dr Vadodaria and his team enjoy having general chat with you which made me feel like he has the time for you. Straight from my initial enquiry, for which I spoke directly with Mr Vadodaria, the service has been truly professional. I met with Mr Vadodaria a couple of times before making my decision, on each occasion, he was very informative, extremely warm and reassuring and not pushy. I am now five days post-surgery with breast augmentation and mastopexy and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome; I feel like a new woman. Mr Vadodaria will continue to see me post surgery until such time as the healing process ceases. I could not recommend Mr Vadodaria more. From start to finish I felt I was in the best possible hands. Milena is my "GURU" when it comes to skin....she gets the highest accolades in skin care. When I first met Milena I had severe Papulopustular Rosacea. I had seen some of the top dermatologists in London, taken five different antibiotics, many topical lotions and creams and then a low dose one year course of roaccutane. This helped briefly but once off the medicine it all came back and worse. A friend recommended Milena, I went for a visit and she assessed my skin and suggested a treatment course two weeks apart for 6 weeks, within the first week I saw incredible results, by the end of six weeks I was a new person. Her knowledge and understanding of skin conditions and how to treat them is brilliant. My before and after pictures are shocking... I am so grateful to Milena for helping me... when you have such bad skin you lose confidence and self esteem which affects every aspect of your life, socially and professionally.
