Sometimes you know that something is bothering you, but you may not know what treatment you need, or even exactly what is creating the concern you can see or feel. At 111 Harley St., you do not need to arrive at your consultation knowing the name of a procedure.

Our role is to understand your concern, assess the contributing factors and explain the options that may be appropriate for you. From concerns such as a double chin and loss of jawline definition to bloating, fluid retention and migraines, treatment begins with understanding the underlying issue rather than selecting a procedure first. It is completely normal to know what you would like to improve without knowing how to improve it, and a concern that appears relatively straightforward can have several contributing factors.

A double chin, for example, may be caused predominantly by localised fat, skin laxity, facial anatomy or a combination of these, and each would require a different approach. Depending on your assessment, your personalised plan may incorporate injectable treatments, skin tightening and body technologies, lymphatic treatments such as Endermologie, or, where a concern cannot realistically be addressed non-surgically, a surgical consultation with Dr Yannis.

The objective is not to recommend the most treatments: it is to identify the most appropriate approach for your concern and create a plan with a clear purpose. The treatment should follow the assessment, not the other way around.
