Anna trained at University College Birmingham, earning a First Class Honours degree in Business Enterprise, credited by the University of Birmingham, which encompassed two years of Beauty Therapy Management. Qualified to Level 5 in beauty therapy, she combines hands-on treatment skills with a deep understanding of the business of aesthetics.

Growing up on a dairy farm in South Devon as the youngest of four girls, Anna didn’t come from a background rooted in beauty: her interest was sparked by simple experiences of visiting spas with her sisters, before she became fascinated by skin, lasers and device-led treatments and the science and technology behind them.
Her specialisms span patient care, facial assessment and treatment planning, matching practitioners to patients, educating patients, and creating holistic journeys that combine multiple treatments for natural-looking results.
Anna’s approach has always been to listen first, educate honestly and recommend only what is appropriate, with patient safety, trust and natural-looking outcomes at the heart of every decision. As the first person patients meet at 111 Harley St., she oversees the entire patient journey: assessing each face, planning treatment and matching every patient with the right practitioner and the right combination of modalities.
Anna has been quoted in Sheerluxe, Who What Wear, Cosmopolitan and ELLE, and spent five years as a clinical trainer, teaching aestheticians on treatments, safety, consultations and the patient journey. She is also a speaker at private members’ clubs, including a panel talk at Annabel’s. Outside the clinic, Anna loves fitness, food and cooking, the office fridge is usually full of her meal prep, and all things wellness.
