    Treatment Overview

With strategic placement of dermal filler, a non surgical nose job can enhance the shape, projection and side profile of the nose. The injectable treatment can restore irregularities within the nasal bridge to make it appear straighter, correct a droopy nasal tip or sharp angles, camouflage bumps, and improve the nasal shape and size for overall facial harmony and balance.

This ‘tweakment’ is a non-invasive alternative to a rhinoplasty. Strategically placing filler, the appearance of the nose can be improved. Typically, most patients seek to use the treatment to elevate or define the nasal tip, or to make the bridge appear straighter and reduce a hump. It’s a straightforward and quick process that we can do within our 111 Harley St. clinic in London. Through temporary injections, you can achieve the illusion of a straighter bridge, an elevated tip, or other aesthetic improvements depending on your desires. The results are immediate and can last from 9 months to two years, but this depends on the type of filler and the patient.

    Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty FAQ’s

During your consultation, we will assess your suitability for a non-surgical rhinoplasty and discuss your aesthetic concerns.
We may apply a topical numbing cream to minimise discomfort if you desire.

At 111 Harley St., we typically use Juvéderm or Restylane Lyft filler. Through a series of injections, we will administer the filler which we mould and massage to shape until you are happy with the result. We will give you a hand-held mirror to assess the progress during treatment.

The treatment is suitable for those who would like to alter the shape of their nose. A liquid rhinoplasty usually works best for those with mild irregularities in their nose, like a small bump, or undefined nasal tip or bridge. A non-surgical nose job is highly diverse and can treat a range of irregularities, such as lifting the tip of the nose or making the nose appear straighter.

    Approximately 15-30 minutes.

    • Asymmetry or irregularities.
    • Undesirable results – the patient can choose to have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase.
    • Bruising, swelling and redness.
    • More severe complications include vascular occlusion.

Performing a non-surgical rhinoplasty takes a highly skilled and knowledgeable nurse or plastic surgeon. Incorrect placement of the filler could reduce the blood flow or cause direct blockage to the arteries that feed into the retina of the eye, resulting in blindness. Your injector should have the appropriate training (as well as certification and evidence of experience) and a deep understanding of the nasal anatomy. To minimise risk, you should seek out an injector who performs this treatment frequently.

The longevity depends on the patient and the type of filler used. Typically, it can last anywhere from 9-12 months.

    Liquid Rhinoplasty Types

We use different types of dermal fillers depending on your aesthetic concerns and needs. Dermal fillers vary in consistency, longevity, ingredients and moldability, and so the nurse will determine which injectable will be best.

At our 111 Harley St. clinic in London, we most often choose between two types of filler that are of exceptional quality and provide natural-looking results.

    Radiesse

Radiesse is a type of dermal filler made of calcium-based microspheres and gel. It lasts longer than hyaluronic acid filler and gives a more bone-like feeling. With its strong filler structure, it’s able to provide more support for the nose so works well for improving the contour of the nose and filling in irregularities to give a straighter bridge and reduce the appearance of bumps.

    Juvederm Voluma & Restylane Lyft

These thick hyaluronic acid-based fillers help to lift and hold the shape the nasal structure. They’re also dissolvable, reducing the risks. However, it is not as long-lasting as Radiesse. In some cases, the aesthetic nurse may also recommend combining the lunchtime nose-job with Botox to improve the aesthetic outcome as the combination can help to correct the nasal tip.

    Why 111 Harley St?

    • At 111 Harley St, our aesthetic nurse prescribers have over 12 years’ experiences in injectable treatments. As the nose is a vascular region, it’s essential you opt for an experienced and highly-qualified injector who has a deep understanding of the arteries.
    • Dr Yannis Alexandrides has a deep understanding of cultural preferences and ideals and excels in tailoring the treatment to suit those desires.
    • We customise each injection technique depending on natural anatomy and cultural aesthetic goals.
    • We treat a large number of Asian patients, due to Dr Yannis’ in-demand liquid rhinoplasty technique. Typically, this includes injecting filler into the radix (where the forehead meets the top of the nasal bridge), and the nasal bridge itself.
    • Due to Dr Yannis Alexandrides’ surgical rhinoplasty knowledge, his skill set provides him with an excellent experience of safe practice.
