Virtual Consultations
In-clinic and at home, our full medical team are here for you. We can offer you a virtual consultation for all your aesthetic needs, from surgical consultations with Dr Yannis, or whether you want to discuss any anti-ageing concerns, our Head of Non-Surgical Department can give you all the advice you need. Whatever the issue, our exceptional team are able to conduct a skin or body assessment from the comfort of your own home. This is one of the biggest benefits of a Virtual Consultation: they fit conveniently into your busy schedule and still remain as thorough as an in-clinic consultation.
Virtual Simulations
We usually create simulations for a Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation, but that is not limited to a Chin Implant or Submental Chin Liposuction. All that is created to create your simulation, is for you to send across three recent photos of your desired area; one photo from the front, and two from either side. If you’re interested in a Virtual Breast Consultation, we also require a nipple-to-nipple measurement. Please send these measurements in centimetres (cm) and once completed you can send your photos and measurements to info@111harleystreet.com. Additionally, showing your Surgeon any inspiration photographs or references can be massively helpful also.
SURGICAL CONSULTATIONS
Our remote consultations allow you to take photos in the privacy of your home, in your own time.
We’re also able to offer a 3D simulation for prospective breast or nose surgery to give you a visual indication of your post-operative results. The simulated images can guide your decision and help you manage expectations.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
During you virtual consultation we will discuss your cosmetic goals, medical history and desires. The operation details – what happens during the surgery, anaesthesia, recovery, side effects and risks, or any other information you might want to know about the procedure of interest. We can tell you about our surgical expertise, qualifications, training etc. We can offer advice on anything relating to any conditions or surgery-related such as whether you’re a suitable candidate, what surgery or non-surgical treatment is best for you (if any).
NON-SURGICAL CONSULTATIONS
We’re able to offer skin consultations and Non-Surgical Consultations with our team of Aestheticians and Nurses.
Whether you’re making a treatment enquiry, looking for skincare advice and guidance, or hoping to find clinical or prescriptive products that will enable you to maintain your in-clinic treatments at home, we’re available to you.

Non-Surgical Consultation – a fully-refundable appointment holding deposit of £50 is required. This can be redeemed against the cost of treatment or returned to you if you do not wish to go ahead with your treatment after the consultation.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
