Chin Implant
A prosthetic implant can be placed within the chin to alter its size, it can help to strengthen a weak jaw or enhance an underdeveloped chin. At 111Harley St, we take a unique approach which involves a 3D simulation project and looking at a possible jaw reshaping and restructuring to harmonise and balance the results.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers can be injected into the area to augment and enhance the appearance. With the results lasting for at least 3 months, it is the perfect non-surgical approach for chin augmentation.
Sliding Genioplasty
This procedure can both augment and reduce the appearance of the chin depending on the needs. There is no scarring with this surgery and the bone is fixed in place, deemed less invasive than chin implants and longer lasting.
Fat Transfer
A more recent advancement is using a patient’s own fat as a way to increase volume in the chin. Typically taken through the liposuction process, the fat is then re-injected into the chin to improve its overall appearance.
