Pectoral implants offer a surgical solution for those who are concerned with the shape, size or definition of the chest and pec area. The surgical process begins with a thorough consultation in which we will discuss your medical history, the procedure and method itself, and the results you’re hoping to achieve.
The procedure requires general anaesthesia. The method of inserting and positioning the implant will depend on your preferences, anatomy and your surgeon’s recommendation.
Usually, the incision is under the armpits. The surgeon will insert saline implants underneath the muscle and position them to look as natural as possible for optimal cosmetic effect.
The shape and size of the implants may vary on each side to enhance proportions and make the appearance of the chest more symmetrical.
