But the brand was founded in 111 Harley St., by world-renowned Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Dr Yannis Alexandrides and began with just one product and one clear aim: to accelerate skin healing for his patients, post-treatment and surgery. When it was discovered that the potent serum also provided dramatic anti-ageing benefits, patients began requesting bottle after bottle of the Dramatic Healing Serum that we still give to our patients today.

The Origins of 111SKIN
‘Always seeking ways to improve recovery in the skin after trauma or treatment, Dr Yannis collaborated with biochemical engineers to improve NAC – a precursor for glutathione production, the bodies master antioxidant and an essential component in every cell. From there, NAC Y2 was born and became the foundation of 111SKIN’s first product, now known as the Y Theorem Repair Serum. From there, the brand has grown exponentially and is now widely referred to as ‘Harley Street, bottled.’

“Every product I develop at 111SKIN is directly inspired by my experience within the clinic. That may include patients with niche skincare concerns, a new medical delivery system or an advancement in aesthetic technology I feel I could replicate with topical application. For example, I was seeing an increase in patients struggling with acne but using harsh, inflammation-inducing products, which is why I created Clarity. By contrast, so many of my patients were benefitting from the results of Profhilo, which I wanted to replicate in our Treatment collection. It all comes back to 111 Harley St.”
