A non-surgical Neck Lift, Swan Neck is a curated treatment developed by our Aesthetic Doctor – and is an injectable approach that works to treat signs of ageing in the neck and jawline.
When it comes to rejuvenation, the neck may be frequently neglected; despite being among the most visible and telling areas of age. This combined with the fluctuation of ‘tech neck’ that our practitioners face, which is the modern day habit of looking down at a screen, the neck can prematurely become lined and wrinkled. When we prioritise the face rather than equally treating the face and neck, this can result in a mismatched and unbalanced aesthetic – meaning your rejuvenated facial features are undermined by an untreated neck area.

By incorporating the face and neck in her approach, Swan Neck has been invented specifically to address this gap in rejuvenation, and she is able to restoring elegance and youth in a minimally-invasive way.
Swan Neck is a precise injectable treatment that works to address structural and aesthetic concerns of the neck and jawline. It is a bespoke treatment where Dr Ivy will assess your neck and listen to your aesthetic goals, and use her decades of experience as an Anti-Ageing Specialist, to create for you a treatment plan to non-invasively rejuvenate your neck.
Sometimes this can involve using a multi-modal injectable approach: where a combination of Botox, hyaluronic acid-based Dermal Fillers, and mini collagen threads – such as our Mono Threads – may be utilised to lift, re-contour, and revitalise the neck.
How does it work?
As the skin of the neck is particularly thin and prone to early signs of ageing, effective rejuvenation requires a comprehensive, layered technique. So, Swan Neck targets multiple anatomical planes: muscular, dermal, and sub-dermal, to restore youthful architecture and smooth dynamic lines caused by repetitive movement, commonly known as “tech neck.” This layered approach means works by:
Botox reduces horizontal neck lines and helps to relax overactive platysmal bands and minimises repetitive muscular contraction
Dermal Fillers help restore volume in the neck and improves skin elasticity
Mini Threads lift the tissue of the neck, depositing lax skin for an immediate and long-term lift and increased firmness
What Can Swan Neck Treat?

How to know if you’re right for a Swan Neck Treatment?
Each Swan Neck treatment is customised based on an in-depth consultation. Dr Ivy also will use facial mapping techniques and dynamic motion analysis to tailor the treatment to your specific needs.
Around 30-60 mins, depending on how advanced the ageing signs are. Numbing cream will require an additional 20 minutes to apply before treatment.
The great thing about a Swan Neck treatment is that once the effects of the Botox and filler wear off, (usually between 3-9 months), the collagen threads used will still be stimulating collagen so you can expect a lasting smoothness of the skin.
Of course, with any non-surgical intervention, top-up treatments are required to maintain your results.
You may experience swelling and bruising around the injection site which should subside with a week. Sometimes after Botox you can also experience an ache in the injection areas, this is normal and should pass after 24 hours.
