Ioana Acatrinei
PA to Managing Director/ HCA
Since 2021, Ioana was a specialist Clinic Administrator at 111 Harley St. Her experience involves a considerable knowledge of pre- and post-operational patient care. She is also heavily involved in the pre-operative assessment, screening and surgeon consultation to ensure there was a familiar face throughout the whole process.
Now, because of her exceptional organisation and administrative abilities, she has taken on a new role as Personal Assistant to our Managing Director, but additionally continues her work as a Health Care Assistant – so don’t be surprised if you see her in the theatre!
In her new position, she will continue to aid the seamless internal workings of 111 Harley St., where her knowledge of the surgical environment and industry, has made her an asset.

Friendly, thorough and reliable, Ioana is a stellar Personal Assistant, where she was recently awarded internally for her abilities to always go above and beyond and get every task done no matter how impossible or challenging it may seem. Always working with a smile and humorous nature – she has enhanced our administrative team greatly.
Education & Experience
Trained as a Surgical HCA, with skills making pre-operative assessments, and training in social care, Ioana has experience in some of the leading Harley St. hospitals.

NVQ LEVEL 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
