Mesotherapy is an injectable treatment that delivers a custom combination of skin-enhancing ingredients to your complexion.

During your consultation, we will discuss your skin concerns to determine which formulation the nurse will administer through your Mesotherapy treatment. It will usually contain a blend of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and amino acids.

Before your treatment, we may apply a topical numbing cream to your skin.

Through a series of fine injections, a bespoke blend of peptides, growth factors and antioxidants are delivered into the mesoderm (the middle layer of the skin) from between 1-4mm beneath your skin to improve skin quality and function.

This treatment takes approximately 30 minutes – 1 hour.

Generally, a patient will need around ten sessions to see optimal results. The number of treatments required will vary from patient to patient, depending on the patient’s skin concerns.

These sessions are usually weekly for the first month, every two weeks over the second month, and sporadically from then onwards depending on how your skin responds to treatment.

The treatment uses vycross technology that binds the hyaluronic acid, giving it greater malleability and a more natural appearance than dermal fillers.

Hyaluronic acid needs to maintain a very low molecular weight in order to be able to efficiently penetrate the dermis, and unfortunately, this is very hard to track within topical skincare. With so much uncertainty over how deep the hyaluronic acid can actually penetrate the skin topically, it’s more effective to inject it.

Firstly, the skin is double cleansed to remove impurities, debris and oil from clogged pores. This gentle step purifies the skin and restores your skin’s pH levels while brightening the complexion and targeting age and sun-spots. The skin is then blotted down with an energising toner to balance and calm the complexion and neutralise free radical damage.

Nano-particles of black diamonds incorporated within the luxury 111SKIN products create a delivery system to combat crow’s feet, forehead lines naso lines. This allows the active ingredients to travel to the deeper levels of the dermis to stimulate collagen type I and III to fight wrinkles and crepiness.

The black diamond serum and emulsion is then evenly spread over the face and neck with lifting and whipping massage techniques stimulate circulation, lifting the skin. This is followed by the application of an eye, neck and facial treatment mask to regulate the skin’s temperature, help repair skin barrier, improve texture, and fight lines. Lastly, the black diamond cream and eye cream is applied to brighten and illuminate the skin.
