What is Thermage?
A skin tightening treatment performed with radiofrequency technology to lift and tighten the skin, improve elasticity and improve the skin’s texture. With zero downtime, it is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment with results that compare to a mini facelift.

How does Thermage work?
Thermage works by targeting the collagen layers within the dermis and inputs radiofrequency deep into the tissue to stimulate the production of collagen. For collagen re-synthesise to happen it can take up to 6 – 8 months, so in this time expect to see fuller and more plumped skin alongside improved skin texture. Effects from Thermage can last between 24 – 36 months, renewing your skin’s radiance.

How often do I need to do Thermage?

Thermage is a great background treatment to have, you only need one course to see a difference. However, this treatment is recommended to be combined with other aesthetic procedures to achieve greater results and to treat an array of concerns. Most patients return on a yearly basis to maintain results.

Can Thermage also work on the body?

Thermage doesn’t only work wonders for the face but it also works amazingly on the body. It can transform crepey skin into tighter, more elasticated skin and works well on many other areas too such as arms, inner/outer/back of thighs, buttocks, knees, chest, breasts and decollate.

Who can benefit from Thermage?

Anyone over the age of 18 can have this treatment done. However, we recommend anyone from the age 30+ because this is when collagen depletion starts so a Thermage treatment is more beneficial.
