Dr Yannis Alexandrides MD is the Founder and Medical Director of 111 Harley St.
As our American, European, UK and Greece board-certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr Yannis established the clinic in 2001. For almost two decades, 111 Harley St. has remained at the forefront of aesthetic innovation due to Dr Yannis’s tireless approach to medical excellence.
While well-versed across all surgical practices, Dr Yannis is world-renowned for his Facelift and Rhinoplasty results, pioneering the latter into his signature ‘Y-Facelift’ technique. Alongside being an innovator, he is also an educator and travels across the world teaching surgeons about the evolution of his surgical practices and how they can enhance theirs too. He most recently attended, and was on the faculty of The New York Facelift & Rhinoplasty Masterclass: this was a 3-day event where 40 world-renowned surgeons came together to share their experience, techniques, and how to make a stand-out surgical practice.

Following his graduation from the University of Miami – an area globally recognised for their innovation within Plastic Surgery – Dr Yannis trained at the famous Jackson Memorial Hospital – one of the busiest trauma centres in the country. I had wanted liposuction for a while, but didn’t quite know how to pick a surgeon until a friend had this procedure done with Dr Yannis. I simply loved her results, so I immediately booked my consultation with Dr Yannis.
I was booked in for my liposuction quite quickly after my initial consultation and I couldn’t be happier with the results and procedure. Dr Yannis did a great job explaining what this procedure entailed, including all the follow up. I decided to book in the Lymphatic drainage treatment to help enhance my recovery. Rachael was absolutely amazing throughout this treatment, especially at the beginning when moving and dressing was a little difficult for me.
I was so happy with my surgery, aftercare and experience at 111 Harley Street that I didn’t hesitate to contact Dr Yannis for my lower face & neck lift with submental liposuction, which I had in March this year.
Once again Dr Yannis did an amazing job and I’m extremely happy with the results. Not only is he a fantastic surgeon but he seems to genuinely care about his patients, popping in to see how I was doing during my nurse follow up appointments at 111 Harley Street.
After my facelift Zuzana took such great care of me, calling and emailing me to see how I was doing, booking me in for frequent check ups so she could see how I was healing. I decided to have the light therapy and lymphatic drainage to help with my recovery and Zuzana was just fantastic.
I have since had a few treatments with Rachael and she is amazing, not only is she extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services, but she is friendly, approachable and always offers advice on how to keep my skin healthy and fresh.
